\nThe illustration is created by a local artist from the collection’s theme, the Polynesian ocean and its inhabitants, where the focus is on the beauty of natural detail and the bright colors of underwater nature. <\/p>\n
SUSTAINABILITY
\nThis women’s long caftan, which can be worn with or without a belt, is sewn and finished by local seamstresses from a cellulosic fiber sourced from responsibly managed forests, TENCEL\u2122 Lyocell, which is the material from which the fabric is made but is also the yarn used for the stitching and finishing roll. Lyocell takes on the bright, vibrant colors of our patterns through the use of sustainable inks, which have earned certifications for respecting the health of workers and consumers and the environment. However, we believe that details make a difference, which is why we have also paid attention to the labels sewn onto the garment, made from certified organic cotton. We place great care in the workmanship, but our garments are sewn one by one and the production is not industrialized: any imperfections are therefore to be understood as a factor in the uniqueness of the garment worn.
