All raw materials are tested for harmful substances. The designs are developed in our Como studio.
They are then sent to one of our suppliers in Puglia for production.
The company is meticulous at every stage of product manufacturing, using
highly certified procedures and European standards.

For example, one of the key steps is gassing, which is performed primarily on cotton yarns (100% yarn) to eliminate the surface hairiness caused by fibers partially protruding from the body of the yarn. It is performed before final winding, on raw yarns.

Mercerization, in particular, gives the fiber a shiny appearance, a permanent sheen similar to that of silk, a higher specific weight, greater tensile strength, and greater elasticity.
